  1. Alcohol never relaxes me. Instead, drinking alcohol made me so anxious that I couldn’t sleep afterwards, because both of my parents were alcoholics. The sheer fear of becoming an alcoholic, with all of the drama it brings into children’s lives has kept me sober for more than 30 years. For me, a good book is the cure for finding peace.

  2. Being a person who uses alcohol, l understood that how it destroy a person mentally and physically… I started using alcohol.. later it became part of my life.. but I trying to stop this habit..I request to read my blog about the topic drinking and give comments

  3. When I want to relax… I usually read something nice or start writing and sometimes just go for a walk with my headphones on. I don’t need alcohol or any other toxics to get me high on life, I have other amazing ways to that😊

  4. It’s exactly correct. I could relate to it. People ridiculously look those people who are mad at watching TV, reading books or writing a lot..I meant in voracious insane peak. I always suppose I like to write more in any topic, in whatever way I want only because i always like to say Alcohol is injurious to health. But writing is not. Great post dear Tanu🀩πŸ₯°πŸ’–πŸ‘

  5. Its really true, But for me its music. I listen & sing… One thing I just want to ask that why so many highly educated or talented people are alcoholic ? Is is because of they are trying to become relax or its a habit of indisciplined life?
