I have said in one of my previous blogs that blogging is my food of mind. Recently, I have taken another food which is for my health and mind both. I have joined in a fitness club where I am getting one healthy drink(type of shake) and one hour exercise. I am feeling too good in joining here.

There is one machine bought from Japan through which body check up can be done. From that machine, I come to know that my internal age is 7 years older than my original age. It means that my bones are damaging, amount of fat and cholesterol are increasing. I have attended one lecture where I have met with a 81 year’s old man whose internal age is 68. Internal age does not mean how do you look. For me, I am looking like 7 years less than that of my original age,but internal age is 7 years more than original age.

So, I feel that everyone should take responsibility of his/her own health. If you stay fit, then only you will be able to take care of others.

When we do exercise in the morning with our friends, it becomes a happy session and a happy harmone released at our body which keeps us happy throughout the day. It teaches us how to find out positive things on negative things.

There are four main parameters on which we stand. If these four parameters are being perfect, our body and mind both becomes happy. These four parameters are :

1. Water intake

2. Food habits

3. Sleep

4. Exercise

It is like four legs of a table. If any one of leg is being defective, the table cannot be used. This is the reason why we all should focus equally on these four peremeters for staying fit and fine.

  1. Physical health is as important as a healthy mind. Infact, unless body is healthy mind cannot go beyond body. Love to know of the machine that estimates inner health of body. Is is whole body imager?

    1. Yes, but it can tell you the fat hidden below skin, muscle… How much you hv muscle and fat.. Some type fats are very dangerous for our health, it also tells BMR.. Thank you for visiting πŸ˜ƒ

  2. Best wishes with your fitness adventure. I exercise daily because of my Type 2 diabetic condition. With proper exercise, smart eating, and taking my meds, my health has dramatically improved.
